Institutional Review Management Suite
IRMS has been developed with a consortium of 13 research institutions. This close partnership has afforded us the ability to accurately and efficiently produce a state-of-the art software solution that lives up to it's name. IRMS, or the Institutional Review Management Suite, is just that, a full product suite of research review management tools that facilitate the full lifecycle of institutional review requirements including online protocol submissions, review routing and workflow, meeting correspondence, and compliance activities. In a nutshell, IRMS manages research from planning to publication.
IRMS is a web-based solution, designed for small-to-medium institutions, offering the same functionality as some of the big players in the market for a fraction of the cost. Our simple pricing structure eliminates per-user or per committee/panel pricing schemes. We are affordable, and offer best-of-breed functionality, that is customizable to your institution and business processes.
We offer both in-house installation at your site as well as a hosted subscription model. This is usually designed for
institutions that don't have a dedicated IT staff or they simply want us to
maintain their system. We take security and privacy concerns very seriously
so we have a 3rd party independent security audit company ensure that our
application and hosting environment measures up to the strictest standards
in the industry.
